The Restaurant under management of Valere Cocco and Carlo Costa opened in 2011 and invites to a great Italian-Caribbean food experience.
Well-known Italian Chef Toni Cuneo from Piemont is serving different lunch specials daily at attractive 'brasserie' prices. In October 2011 local Chef Kenneth Hyman joined the team and makes sure that you can also taste authentic Creole cuisine.
In the evening patrons can expect a fine dining experience with home made pasta and other Italian/Caribbean delicacies.
Breakfast is served daily from 7.00 am until 11.00am (American Buffet style or a la carte), and can be pre-booked through the Marina Fort Louis Online Dockage Reservation Form. Direct advantage: Save Euro 2.00 on every pre-booked breakfast.
Enjoy the superb waterfront seating with a natural cool breeze, even on a hot summer day! Except on Sundays, the kitchen is open everyday from 7.00am until 23.30pm.
